ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF GLOBALIZATION


ADVANTAGES OF GLOBALIZATION

1-Goods and people are transported with more easiness and speed.

2-Free trade between countries increases.

3-Environmental protection in developed countries has been increased.

4- Information and money flow more quickly than ever.
5-Increased liquidity of capital allowing investors in developed nations to invest in     developing nations.
6-International travel and tourism increases.

7-Globalization helps to reduce poverty and increase living standards.

8-Globalization leads to better cultural understanding and tolerance.

9-The flexibility of corporations to operate across borders increases.

10-Global mass media connects people across the world.

DISADVANTAGES OF GLOBALIZATION

1-Globalization damages small cultures which are in risk of being extinct.

2-Business requires being in a more rigorous and challenging competitive atmosphere to maintain continuity            and development.

3-One crucial social aspect is the risk and danger of epidemic diseases which can easily be spread as the                            mode transportation is easier and faster. 

4-Wars can easily spread amount countries.

5-Economic crises hit most of countries.

6-Naturel sources where in developing countries are exploited by developed countries.

7-Developed  countries pressure on the local governments in less developed countries.

8-Harder for Smaller businesses to establish themselves against the powerful  bussiness.

9-Income generated in Host country is not always spent in the same country - money earned from supplying cheap call centres in india will not be spent in india but maybe in UK or US.

10-Internationa migrations have increased both legal and illegal ways in order to find jobs.
